Something like 7 out of 10 Americans have had some sort of sexual dysfunction within the past year. Out of those seven, the majority of the problems are psychological rather than physical – and usually short lived.
For this discussion, let’s talk about sexual problems in your head – for you guys, you can’t get it up for some reason or another, or you gals are just not in the mood.
Here are some suggestions.
Change your usual schedule or practice. Rent an erotic video or read a “sexy” book, try some new foreplay, play with new toys, introduce new positions, etc. with your partner.
Lube it up. Vaginal dryness is a very common complaint. There are plenty of flavored, unflavored, scented, unscented, waterbased love gels available – including my favorite ID Glide .
Most women do not have orgasms from intercourse alone. Extra stimulation – orally, manually or with toys helps a great deal to help satisfy the lady.
A few more points:
Experiment with different sex positions.
Pee before you begin any activity – especially before playing with the G-spot.
Shower together before bed.
If you think your problems are physical, check with your doctor for medication complications or illnesses. Talk to your doctor open and honestly.
Talk dirty
Fantasize
Above all, communicate with your lover – faster, slower, lighter, harder, etc. Talk about your problems and ask if they have any concerns.
