Kegel exercises.
What - you never heard of them!?
Premature ejaculation or the man coming before he has satisfied his partner is a huge problem - I know because I used to suffer the same difficulty.
But you know what?
You don’t need pills or lotions to correct the situation — you need kegel exercises to help control the premature ejaculating problem.
These exercises strengthen a set of muscles known as the pubococcygeus or PC muscles. They are the muscles that both men and women use to stop the flow of urine.
They are also the same muscles that contract and expand during orgasm.
Kegel exercises help you develop extraordinary powers of sustained sexual activity and the power to withhold orgasm.
Once you develop your PC muscles, as you approach orgasm you will be capable of literally “turning off the hose.” Not that you always want to put off orgasm, but it’s nice to know that you have the ability.
The best part is that you can do these exercises anywhere. Do them while waiting in line at the grocery store; do them while at work, etc.

To accomplish this staying power, here is a typical PC muscle workout. Again, you are exercising the muscles that interrupt the urine flow.
Practice Kegels persistently – short sets in the beginning, then gradually, over months, increasing both the number of Kegels you do a day and the amount of time you are able to hold a series of very long Kegels.
#1 PC clamps: squeeze and release, over and over. Start with
“sets” of twenty, and build up to sets of 100 or more.
#2 Long squeeze: Hold your PC muscle compressed tight for a count of twenty. Build up the strength to 30 or 50 count.
#3 Slow squeeze: Tighten the PC muscle as slowly as you possibly can – repeat as often as you can.
Do these everyday … for the rest of your life.
